Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the rules for using VanTele. It applies to everyone — buyers, sellers and visitors — alongside our Terms of Service. We keep it short and plain so it's easy to follow.
You agree to
- Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Sell only items you are legally allowed to sell, described honestly.
- Treat other users with respect and deal in good faith.
- Pay and deliver as agreed, and honour confirmed orders.
You must not
Illegal or harmful goods/services — list or trade illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, stolen or counterfeit goods, endangered wildlife, hazardous materials, or anything requiring a permit you do not hold.
Fraud & deception — scam, misrepresent items, impersonate others, use fake accounts, or manipulate reviews, ratings or prices.
Payment abuse — try to take payment off-platform to dodge escrow or fees, launder money, or use stolen payment details.
Harassment & harm — threaten, harass, defame, or discriminate against other users, or post hateful or violent content.
Platform abuse — hack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with VanTele's systems or security; bypass rate limits or access controls.
Spam & misuse of contact — send unsolicited bulk messages, or misuse another user's contact details (shared only to complete a transaction) for any other purpose.
Reporting
If you see a listing, message or user that breaks these rules, report it in the app or email support@vantele.com.na. We review reports and act on them.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on severity we may: remove content, hold or reverse a payment, limit features, lower a seller's verification tier, or suspend/close the account. We may report serious or illegal conduct to the authorities.
