Become a VanTele Driver: Earn From Rides, Seats and Parcels

Most drivers earn one way: passengers in seats. VanTele drivers earn four ways, on the same roads they already drive.

1. City rides. Ride requests come straight to your phone with the pickup, dropoff and fixed fare shown upfront. No arguing at the window, no wasted hours parked at the rank.

2. Inter-town seats. Post your trip, for example Oshakati to Windhoek, and sell every seat before you leave. Window and front seats earn a premium. Passengers get boarding codes, so only paid bookings board.

3. Parcels in your boot. Parcels are matched to trips you already scheduled, earning N$30 to N$120 each for space you were not using. Deliveries complete with the recipient's secret code, so disputes are impossible.

4. Marketplace deliveries. Orders from VanTele Marketplace travel with drivers too, adding delivery income on top.

You keep most of every fare. New drivers keep 85%. As your record grows through the loyalty tiers, your share rises step by step to 95% for Gold drivers. Every evening at 20:00 you get an SMS with the day's earnings, in writing.
